The Ramblers Guest House - Terms and Conditions Booking and Payment 1.A 25% deposit (minimum £50) is required for all bookings with the balance to be paid on arrival. 2.We accept all major credit and debit cards. A supplement of £2 is charged for credit card payments. Cancellation 3.Cancellations must be received in writing (email or post). 4.Cancellation giving 14 days or more notice - 20% administration charge. 5.Cancellation giving less than - 75% of the agreed room rate for each night the room is un-let. Arrival 6.Check-in is between 4pm to 9pm unless otherwise arranged. 7.Rooms can be re-let after 9pm if a later arrival time has not been agreed. During the Stay 8.Only registered guest are allowed on the premises without prior consent. 9.The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ property. 10.A charge may be incurred for damage to any property in the rooms. 11.Unsociable behaviour and offensive language will not be tolerated. 12.No outside food or alcohol to be consumed within the premises. 13.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
