The Ramblers Guest House - Terms and Conditions Booking and Payment 1. A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay is required to secure all bookings with the balance to be paid on arrival. 2. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A supplement of 3% min £3 is charged for credit card payments. 3. When using special offers this must be stated when booking. Offers are based on two people sharing unless otherwise stated. Only one offer may be used per stay. 4. The Ramblers Access Statement is available on request. Cancellation 5. Cancellations must be received in writing (email or post). 6. Deposits are non-refundable. 7. Cancellation giving less than 14 days 75% of the agreed room rate for each night the room is un-let will be charged. 8. Cancellations giving less than 12 hours – will be charged at full rate 9. One night stays are non-refundable Arrival 10. Check-in is between 2pm to 6pm unless otherwise arranged. 11. Rooms can be re-let after 7pm if a later arrival time has not been agreed. During the Stay 12. Only registered guest are allowed on the premises without prior consent. 13. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ property. 14. A charge may be incurred for damage to any property in the rooms. 15. Unsociable behaviour and offensive language will not be tolerated. 16. No outside food or alcohol to be consumed within the premises. 17. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. 18. All electrical items must be PAT tested.
